A Bee's Chance for Convservation Honorable Mention

I spent a long time looking for a subject that I felt was meaningful enough to warrant submission. I found bee conservation to be of great importance, so I freehanded the bee and flower, pulling some inspiration for the flower's linework from the "Indian Blanket." I felt the piece deserved color, despite my lack of practice and time spent with color, I decided watercolor to be the best option.
